Vice-President, Sales Strategic Direction - To be able to professionally play the game of golf on the Nike Tour, strategy has to be a naturally built-in strength. Jeff has successfully transferred this ability to his 15 years in residential and commercial real estate sales and the past 5 years as a Critical Power sales team member and leader. Jeff is skilled at seeking and finding the best direction for Critical Power and our partners. This strategic thinking and strong sales skills have brought Jeff along with his wife, Shatel, to becoming a co-owner of the company.

Susan has the ability to bring this out among the management team and staff. A liberal arts education from Grand View College and a unique background in legal, manufacturing, accounting, sales, marketing and advertising enables Susan to bring an in-depth knowledge to all operating areas of Critical Power. Director of Finance Honesty and Integrity - A graduate of Montana State University Great Falls, Donna has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting. Donna has 30 plus years experience in running a business from the ground up. Donna believes that the most successful business is the one that can stay within the margins of the budget while building capital funds to use on a rainy day. Director of Global Power Solutions Professionalism - With over 10 years of sales and management experience in the real estate and construction products markets in the Pacific Northwest area, Will has gained a valuable understanding of market strategies and fluctuations. Raised in a rural setting on a ranch in Montana, taught Will valuable skills in the diesel engine and equipment industry as well as owning his own real estate development company. We are proud to say that Will served his country with 5 years in “special ops” in the US Army during multiple tours.
