Shatel Wildman
President
Visionary - Being able to see the future and how to get there has always put Shatel ahead of any team. From her days as a basketball player at Whitworth College to over 17 years of sales experience with companies like Qwest and Sprint, her ability to assume leadership roles come naturally. Shatel has been associated with Critical Power for over 6 years and her passion for the company has culminated in becoming President and a co-owner. This vision and knowledge of the business is guiding Critical Power to achieving new successes every day and to a new level that is the envy of the industry.


Jeffrey A. Wildman
Vice-President, Sales
 Strategic Direction - To be able to professionally play the game of golf on the Nike Tour, strategy has to be a naturally built-in strength. Jeff has successfully transferred this ability to his 15 years in residential and commercial real estate sales and the past 5 years as a Critical Power sales team member and leader. Jeff is skilled at seeking and finding the best direction for Critical Power and our partners. This strategic thinking and strong sales skills have brought Jeff along with his wife, Shatel, to becoming a co-owner of the company.

Susan G. James
Director of Administrative Management
Collaboration - Achieving the day-to-day goals of smooth administrative management of a company takes not only cooperation but strong communication and collaborative skills of its team members. Susan has the ability to bring this out among the management team and staff. A liberal arts education from Grand View College and a unique background in legal, manufacturing, accounting, sales, marketing and advertising enables Susan to bring an in-depth knowledge to all operating areas of Critical Power. Her "get it done" attitude and being skilled at taking projects to fruition and implementation have added to Critical Power's success in its operating procedures.

John J. Schmiedt
Director of Business Development and National Accounts 
Innovative Marketing - John brings 20+ years in sales experience to Critical Power. His background in analyzing new sales trends in the medical field gave him a strong foundation in establishing himself as a natural team leader for our Company. His insight in seeking out and developing new equipment avenues and resources and revenue streams is bringing strategic change to our sales efforts and direction. John constantly analyzes the current market dynamics to see trends and shifts that will benefit and enable Critical Power to stay on its growth path.


Steven B. Luedtke

Director of Marketing 
Innovation - Steve brings over 20 years of experience in the heavy equipment and construction industry as a general manager and marketing with responsibility for several projects all over North America for fortune 500 companies. If a way needs to be found, Steve finds it! Innovative ways to solve problems and challenges in getting from here to there while being well versed on “Lean” and “Green” ways of accomplishing those challenges serves Steve and the company well in his overseeing of the Marketing operations of Critical Power.


Blake Tucker
Director of Sales 
Sales Leadership - Blake Tucker graduated from Whitworth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics. Blake brings 18 years of sales and management success with fortune 100 companies. From his days as a college football running back to his 13 years in medical sales, Blake’s competitive and positive leadership style combined with a strong background in corporate training has given Critical Power Exchange a leg up in our competitive market place. Blake’s long term outlook and strategic direction to our sales force will allow Critical Power Exchange to continue on our path of strong growth.


Donna Davey
Director of Finance
 Honesty and Integrity
- A graduate of Montana State University Great Falls, Donna has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting. Donna has 30 plus years experience in running a business from the ground up. Donna believes that the most successful business is the one that can stay within the margins of the budget while building capital funds to use on a rainy day. Honesty and Integrity is a very important part of her character. Her motto: “You Get the Best out of Others When You Give the Best of Yourself” - Harry Firestone.

Will Alt
Director of Global Power Solutions Professionalism
- With over 10 years of sales and management experience in the real estate and construction products markets in the Pacific Northwest area, Will has gained a valuable understanding of market strategies and fluctuations.  Raised in a rural setting on a ranch in Montana, taught Will valuable skills in the diesel engine and equipment industry as well as owning his own real estate development company.  We are proud to say that Will served his country with 5 years in “special ops” in the US Army during multiple tours.  His time serving our Nation, ingrained professionalism, discipline, dedication into his work ethic that is second to none.
